A personal project to highlight human action and how it has terrible consequences on our health in a direct way.

Heavy metals from industry dumped into rivers and the sea, land irrigated with numerous pesticides to saturation point, food enriched with excess fats or unhealthy sugars, or gases of all kinds emitted from different types of sources. These are the main causes of what WHO calls NCDs (non-communicable diseases), which are the leading cause of death worldwide.

Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), such as heart disease, cancer, chronic respiratory disease, and diabetes, are the leading cause of death worldwide and represent an emerging global health threat. Deaths from NCDs now exceed all communicable disease deaths combined.
